We just picked up our 2026 Entegra 25L Qwest at Blue Compass RV of Albany, and the whole experience felt completely different from other dealerships we’ve been to. From the moment we walked in, everything was straightforward—no endless paperwork loops or pushy tactics, just a clean, easy process that made sense. Larry, the Sales Manager, and Chad, our rep, really impressed us with how much they knew about the 25L Qwest. They broke down all the features and helped us find the right setup. And on top of that, they worked out a seriously great deal that made saying yes even easier. Can’t recommend these guys enough if you’re RV shopping!

Had an outstanding experience buying our 2026 Jayco Redhawk 24B from Blue Compass RV of Albany. Larry and Chad made the whole process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. They took the time to walk us through every detail of the floor plan, answered all our questions without any pressure, and worked hard to get us a deal that made sense. I would give this establishment a zero-star rating if possible. My inaugural experience purchasing an RV was thoroughly disappointing. The customer service fell short of expectations. The staff preparing the RV after my purchase did a subpar job. Every aspect of my interaction with this place was unfavorable. Although I attempted to overlook the issues, I found it impossible. While some staff members were courteous, it was insufficient to redeem the experience. Ultimately, I had a terrible time here. Despite making a purchase, I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not consider returning and strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Purchased a used RV in the beginning of '26. Salesman was kind, and the camper was promised to be in perfect shape. We had to drive three hours to blue compass on two separate occasions because we were told the dealer policy was 'no sign and drive.' When making a cash offer, I was told that the manager wanted to raise the price of the unit just because we weren't financing through them. When we finally took possession of the unit and the dust settled, we discovered that the factory inverter was stripped out and the old switch was covered with a residential wall plate, the TPMS system was removed and the roof was only spot sealed.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Jayco travel trailer in July 2025! The staff was very thorough and informative. My boyfriend and I have already made a few trips with our trailer and we love it! Thank you!
